Teton has signed a full expansion with Nightingale Hammerson, one of the UK's most respected care providers for the older Jewish community. The move marks Teton Technology's continued expansion in the UK senior care market, and the results from the initial pilot are reinforcing the operator's ambition to deliver outstanding care through better data, faster response, and earlier health intervention.
Nightingale House and Hammerson House, the charity's two award-winning homes, piloted Teton's AI-powered monitoring system from September 2025 to January 2026. The pilot concluded with full staff adoption and measurable gains across fall safety, safeguarding, and operational efficiency, leading to a signed agreement to roll out the system organisation-wide.
Data from the pilot showed a sub-one-minute average response time to fall alerts, with 100% of falls in monitored rooms identified. Serious incident investigations that previously required up to 10 hours were resolved in approximately 2, an 80% reduction that frees leadership to focus on care rather than retrospective review.
“We want to try and be as outstanding as we can be in every department. Ultimately we really believe that working with Teton can really help benefit the quality of lives our residents get to lead here.”
“We can actually have accurate analytical data that gives us the representation of what exactly happened to that particular resident. We are able to then put preventative measures or early treatment in place to prevent major events happening.”
