Teton E-Call Solution NowIntegrates with Inovonics

Inovonics' dedicated 900 MHz network ensures the call, while Teton's technology shows caregivers what's happening in the room and gives managers a record of how every call was answered.

October 15, 2026

Inovonics, the dedicated wireless E-Call hardware provider, and Teton, the AI operating system for care, today announced a partnership that brings Teton E-Call to Inovonics’ 900 MHz EchoStream network.

With this integration, communities can run Teton E-Call on Inovonics’ trusted network and hardware, including pendants and infrastructure, they already have in place.

Why communities choose a dedicated network

Communities choose their emergency call infrastructure based on resident care requirements and even building construction challenges. For many, that means a dedicated, purpose-built wireless network like Inovonics’ 900 MHz EchoStream, which runs separately from a building’s Wi-Fi, reaches through concrete walls and across multi-building campuses, and works in communities built before wireless infrastructure was standard. This integration gives operators that option directly through Teton’s platform so communities can choose the infrastructure that fits their building and their residents.

What caregivers see when a call comes in

By integrating with Teton, care teams will now have context about what happened before, during, and after a call button is pressed. Teton’s ambient monitoring sensors interpret each resident’s position, movement and sleep in pseudonymized form. When a call comes in, the caregivers can see whether the resident is resting, up and unsteady, or already on the floor. Calls arrive in the Teton app caregivers already use, alongside Fall Alerts and Digital Checks, so staff can work from one system instead of switching between several.

What communities using Inovonics and Teton get

  • A dedicated network that doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi. Inovonics’ 900 MHz EchoStream mesh delivers consistent coverage through concrete walls, across outdoor spaces, and campus-wide, without competing for bandwidth with a building’s IT or guest Wi-Fi.
  • Better value for their existing hardware. Communities that already have Inovonics EchoStream installed can connect their existing pendants and infrastructure directly to Teton’s platform.
  • Standards-backed reliability. Inovonics was the first platform certified under UL 2560, the safety standard developed specifically for emergency call systems in assisted and independent living, and is HIPAA compliant.
  • Context on every call. Caregivers see what’s happening in the room before they arrive and can prioritize accordingly.
  • A clear view of response. Managers get a record of how each call was answered, by shift and by community.
  • More than 25 years of senior living expertise. Inovonics has served the senior living market for over two decades and continues to invest in safety innovation.
“We’re pleased to onboard Teton to bring our proven, dedicated 900 MHz wireless network together with their E-Call solution. Our platform provides a reliable wireless foundation for senior living communities nationwide, giving operators the flexibility to choose from solutions, including Teton, that best fit their business needs.”
Tom Chittenden, CEO, Inovonics
“Generally, care teams have entered a room in response to a call knowing only that someone pressed a button. Teton’s E-Call gives them context on what’s happening before they arrive, and over time the call record shows when demand peaks and which residents would benefit from proactive care. On Inovonics’ network, communities can access this on hardware they already have in place.”
Mikkel Wad Thorsen, CEO, Teton
