Teton, the autonomous operating platform for care, has appointed James De Bathe as Country Director UK, strengthening the leadership team as the company scales its presence across the UK care sector.

De Bathe brings more than two decades of commercial leadership across health and social care, with experience spanning the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. His background covers NHS sales, digital health SaaS and complex partnership development across healthcare systems at an international scale. He joins from Koa Health, where he served as Head of NHS Sales.

Previous roles include Vice President Commercial Healthcare at Huma, where he led growth of remote patient monitoring and population health management solutions across NHS and pharmaceutical partners, and Director of Partnerships and Market Development at Ieso Digital Health, where he delivered 50% year-on-year ARR growth over four years. He also held senior commercial roles at Oviva, TalkLife and Big White Wall, giving him broad experience across mental health, chronic disease management and digital care pathways.

What drew me to Teton is the quality of the evidence and the clarity of the problem it solves. Care teams are under enormous pressure, and the gap between what operators need to know and what they can actually see in real time is a significant risk. Teton closes that gap in a way that is genuinely practical to deploy and easy for teams to use day to day. I'm looking forward to building the UK presence at a point when the sector is actively looking for solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, not just technology for its own sake.

In his new role, De Bathe will lead Teton's UK go-to-market strategy, working across care operators, capital partners and the wider ecosystem to bring Teton's sensor-based monitoring platform to more care homes across the country.

James brings exactly the kind of experience that matters in this market. He understands how care organisations make decisions, how complex NHS and care system relationships work, and what it takes to turn technology interest into real adoption. The UK is a priority for Teton, and having someone of James's calibre leading that effort gives us a strong foundation to build on.
